Returns & Exchanges
We have a NO RETURN policy on ALL ITEMS. EXCHANGES ONLY on qualifying items. If you need to exchange an item please reach out via email or phone and we can accommodate you. Please see below for qualifying items.

Exchange Policy:
- We must receive your item within 14 days of your order date to be eligible for exchange.
- Item must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the item.
- Any items sent after this period will be denied and sent back to customer at their expense.
- Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged. Exchanges after 14 days will not be accepted.
- If items are sent back past the exchange policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage back to customer.

- If you had a local pick up you can exchange your item(s) the same way. Please use the Contact Us link to start the return process.
- You must have your item(s) to us within the 14 days of purchase.
Do we offer shipping labels?
Unfortunately we do not, customers are responsible for any exchanging postage.
Can I make an exchange past the 14 day period for store credit?
We cannot accept anything past the 14 day exchange policy for store credit.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item(s) back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit.
